OBJECTIVES

The Master of Science (MS) in Project Management equips students with advanced project

leadership, risk management, financial planning, and governance skills to excel in corporate and

industry-driven environments. The program covers Agile and digital project management, data-

driven decision-making, strategic governance, and ethical leadership, ensuring graduates can

manage complex, high-risk, and transformational projects.

Students will develop expertise in financial risk assessment, budgeting strategies, compliance

frameworks, and stakeholder collaboration, leveraging cutting-edge ICT tools such as JIRA, MS

Project, and Power BI for project execution and performance tracking. Through practical case

studies and research, students will apply evidence-based methodologies to solve real-world
