The course is designed to Acquire necessary skills to apply accounting concepts and inventions at large. Understand the underlying principles of financial accounting Develop a thorough knowledge of the popular technologies used in the field of accounting and finance Apply the knowledge of data processing and statistical skills to analyze and evaluate real life situations relating to accounting and finance Acquire necessary skills to apply standard costing systems to control material, labor and overhead variances Understand contemporary management skills as applied to business organizations Acquire knowledge of laws and regulations relating to national and international business firms To provide a rationale for the study of business economics. Acquire knowledge of Islamic finance, taxation and cooperate governance Acquire skills to successfully analyze business systems and propose and implement business projects.

Successful Completion of Higher Secondary Education

Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field

20 years old, completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
