Students Association organized a dinner night to celebrate 10th Anniversary of the college. The event was attended by Chairman of the college Mr. Ahmed Mottaki, Rector of college Dr. Aamaal Ali, Senior Management team, and staff who had provided long service to the college attended the gathering. In addition to that former minister who are also reputed members from the community such as Honorable Abdhul Rasheedh Hussain and Honorable Abbas Ibrahim and Honorable Abdulla Kamaludheen attended the gathering.
An introductory and welcome address was given by the chairman of the college highlighting the history of the college. Rector of the college highlighted the college life at present and senior faculties expressed the sentiments by relating past and present. To conclude the official part of the ceremony president of student association Mr. Shammoom Afeef addressed the gathering. He highlighted the support got from the students and management in the organizing the event.
In the ceremony certificates are distributed to the students who secured positions in second futsal competition held in remembrance of late Vice Rector Hassan Nizam. Also prize money was awarded to Ahmed Faizan, Diploma in Software Engineering student, for designing MI College 10thAnniversary logo.
By adding a special color to the event students from different campuses in Male’ and Hulumale presented entertaining items making the event memorable and enjoyable.
